Terms and Other Information
Rates:
NOTE: Holiday weeks are priced as "high season" (FEB) Minimum stay may be required. Some single weekend night stays are subject to seasonal surcharge ($20.00) All rates are quoted "plus tax" (12%) and are based on one or two person occupancy (per bedroom) and are subject to change without notice. Third & fourth persons @ $10.00 per day, 5th person $50.00 per day. Room rate includes breakfast basket, limited maid service (Sundays and Holidays excluded), and free local calls. $25.00 Service Charge on returned checks. All Major Credit Cards accepted. Most Pets OK, with prior approval. Monthly rates available upon request, but are not available in high season. Guests may decline breakfast for a reduced rate. Deduct $50.00 per week or $5.00 per day per room.
Deposits:
Are required within 10 days of reservation request. $150.00 deposit per room for one week long stays, Longer stays may require larger deposits. A 21 day written or electronic notice is required for full deposit refund. If a cancellation is made less than 21days out, we will still refund the deposit provided we can re-rent the room. ( a $25.00 Service Charge applies) All Major Credit Cards accepted as well as personal checks (for deposits only) $25.00 Charge on returned checks.
